Soon I realized that I wanted to share what I had learned with others. I came to the conclusion I could achieve balance by connecting my mind, body & soul. I believe that through Exercise we build the connection with our bodies. Through Yoga we furthur the connnection with our bodies and begin to build the connection with our minds. Finally through meditation we learn to connect mind, body & soul. Meditation helps us to connect with our souls by opening us up to know ourselves, which in turn makes us a more conscious individual.
