A Day at the Beach

Summer is hereand most of us are just itchin to get our pale winter bodies to the beach. We know by now that the sun is bad for our skin but who can resist the warm sand, cool water, and hot sun?
The Skin Cancer Foundation claims that one in five individuals will develop skin cancer. May was Skin Cancer Awareness month and we introduced a new Signature package called: "A day at the Beach" . This treatment allows you to show off your golden California tan year-round without the effects of damaging UVA and UVB rays.

At the Aiko Spa Beach we know how much you love to bury your toes in the sand so we start off with a full body Sand Mantra scrub using Micro-Buff™ Body Polish. Then it's time to go for a dip in the Aiko Spa Ocean. BIOTONE® Body Lush Hydrating moisture-binding treatment is applied and you are set free to float away on waves of bliss while the moisturizing emollient crème is gently massaged into your skin. After your relaxing jaunt in the water it's time to lay out and work on your tan. Your Sun-less tan that is. Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel is carefully applied to give you an even, non-streaky summer glow. Once it's dry you can pack up your beach towel and umbrella and go show off your golden California tan.
